baby bangs! salon is a micro salon in Marquette, Michigan specializing in curls, alt hair, gender affirming hair and having a good time! our mission is to make you feel wonderful and leave as little of a footprint as we can - which is why we are a Green Circle Salon, meaning all of the hair cut in our salon gets composted, left over hair color gets broken down to safely return it’s water to our water ways, all aluminum tubes, hair foils + single use plastic (gloves/nail fails/etc) gets recycled into other goods (bike tires and asphalt!) baby bangs is a gratuity free salon, meaning what you book is what you pay for, no surprise tipping screen at the end and no wonder if your stylist is making the money they deserve to live. when booking, please know all appts require approval by your stylist - if your appt does not get approved, it’s likely your appt request doesn’t work for that specific time. GENDER AFFIRMING HAIRCUT EVENT: Must be booked on the October 18th, select Gender Affirming Haircut, must be booked every 45 mins. Any appts made on the 18th not pertaining to the event will not be approved.

With 12 years experience, having done hair in Wisconsin, Illinois and now Michigan, I opened baby bangs! last year in an effort to bring a community minded, alternative and silly sort of salon to the area. baby bangs! salon is a long time dream of mine, somewhere that cool folks of all types and come to relax and get take care of - I want to make you feel good about yourself! I specialize in curly cuts, fashion colors, color corrections and creative hair cutting! I am currently taking new clients and would love to meet you! To book any color, you must send a photo of your current hair, a few inspo photos and the last 5 years of color history to babybangssalon@gmail.com. Colors booked without an email sent will not be approved!

Hello! Im Dani. I’ve been doing hair for 15 years, and am excited to bring my passion for creativity and community to baby bangs! salon. I’d love to give you a style that makes you feel the most you. I specialize in low maintenance, curly, and alternative cuts, big transformations and barber styles-creating shapes that grow out seamlessly. When I’m not in the salon, you’ll probably find me wandering the woods with my doggos, cooking, or gardening. I am currently accepting new clients and would love to have you in my chair!
